Overview
Taking a ₹350+ crore Indian manufacturer into the global digital spotlight.
BMC Electroplast is a major Indian player in electrical switchgear, retrofit solutions, and export-grade components. Despite their market size, they lacked a meaningful digital presence — which hindered trust and credibility, especially with overseas clients.
I led the end-to-end UX/UI design and execution of BMC’s first-ever corporate website — transforming them from a paper-catalogue-era manufacturer into a global-ready, digitally credible enterprise brand. The result? A premium website that impressed international clients, supported government deal-making, and positioned BMC alongside industry titans like Schneider Electric.

Our Approach
Designing flow, trust, and power into every pixel.
⚡ Key Strategic Design Decisions:
Electric Flux Motifs: Integrated soft pulses, linear patterns, and directional flow lines across UI sections to visually evoke current, connectivity, electric flow and motion — making users feel the brand’s energy.
Vibrant Brand Refresh: Introduced a clean, electric color palette with deep blues, energizing greens, and gradients to signify innovation, power, and a new era for the company.
Simplified Technical IA: Translated dense engineering terminology into clean layouts, with smart categorization, collapsible specs, and intuitive icons — making the site digestible for buyers and decision-makers.
Founder-Led Strategy Alignment: Worked directly with the owner and directors in stakeholder workshops to ensure the design reflected their vision, values, and global aspirations.
High-Fidelity, Responsive Design: Delivered scalable Figma systems for desktop, tablet, and mobile, ensuring cross-device consistency and dev-ready handoff.
From hero headers to hover animations, every detail was crafted to feel charged — like flipping on a switch.

Results & Impact
From invisible online to closing deals overseas.
This was more than a website launch — it was a brand repositioning at a global scale.
🌍 Key Outcomes:
✅ First-ever corporate website launched for a ₹350+ crore company
✅ Personally credited by the founder for the quality of design, UX clarity, and final delivery
✅ Put in extra hours to meet a critical deadline, ensuring the site was ready in time for a major international meeting
✅ The site was successfully used as a high-end digital catalogue in foreign client presentations, leading to key client conversions across Europe
✅ Improved international visibility, positioning BMC alongside top players like Schneider Electric and ABB
✅ Streamlined presentation of technical products via electric-current-inspired UX and vibrant brand identity
BMC’s founder personally acknowledged the value of the website in enabling new opportunities. What was once a missing touchpoint is now their digital first impression — sharp, reliable, and globally trusted.
